Flying therapeutics involves a base and flyer. The flyer is passively suspended in the air on the base’s feet in an inversion. This allows for the yogic stretches of the upper limbs and trunk and the manipulation the body, particularly the spine; thereby actively encouraging the flow of energy upwards towards the crown of the head.
We will introduce the elementary suspended balances work through the basic moves and progress into more challenging flying sequences and transitions.
