I was wanting to come to the arcoyoga class today (sunday) in finsbury park with my friend and was wondering if we need to book or whether we can just turn up?
Just sent you an email. Class is on this coming Sunday hope to see you both there.
Sorry for that late reply. The Sunday night class is an open level drop in class. So if you are still interested come on down.
Is the early morning vinyasa class you are teaching in Highbury Fields on wednesdays (7.15 – 8.30) a my-sore practice or an instructed class?
The Ashtanga Vinyasa classes are talked practices.
Sorry for the late reply, yes the Wednesday morning 7.125am class is a led Ashtanga Vinyasa class.
I would love to book my sister and her husband into your Acro yoga class, can you please help?
The classes in Finsbury Park on Sunday evenings are the only weekly classes I do in London. I next running a class on the 18th January 2015. Its a drop in class at £15 drop-in or £12 concessions. Would this be as a gift? If so email me directly on firstname.lastname@example.org
Sorry for the delay, the AcroYoga classes are open level drop in classes. So if you are still insterested in trying just come on down.
Please could you contact me re an event I am organising. I can’t see your email address anywhere on your site.

un grande abbraccio dalla Puglia!!!
Lovely to hear from you. Glad you are following your acroyoga journey. Our plan now is to run a Women’s Retreat at Cassina Settarte this coming September, the details have yet to be confirmed so watch this space.
The five day course I ran last year is not an Elemental Immersions, am pleased to hear you are interested progressing on to the teacher training.
As for the progression asana, unfortunately I do not remember what I agreed to send through. Please do elaborate. Maybe better that you email me directly on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Look forward to hearing more about your practice.
Hi, I am interested in the acro yoga play day on 1st March. Do i have to book with a partner or can i come alone?
You do not need to bring a partner on the 1st March, we all get to play together.
Please do come along you will have plenty of people to play with.
I’m the chair of the University of Winchester’s Yoga Society and I was wondering whether you are interested in delivering an acro workshop with us in the end of the week this month of March – either Monday the 23rd and/or Friday 27th. We have both the dates free from 6-7:30 so if you are able to do one of these dates or both then that would be great.
Please contact me if you are interested and I will look forward to your reply.
I have sent you an email, please check your mailbox.
Let me know if you need more information.
I see that you are in Belfast on the 25th & 26th of April. Sounds great! Might you have any interest in following on down to Cork on the 2nd & 3rd of May? We would love to host some workshops with you.
Sorry for not getting back to you till now. Unfortunately I will not be able come to Cork the following weekend after my weekend in Belfast as I have other things scheduled. Let talk more and see if we can come up with some alternative dates if you are still interested.
Just wondering if the AcroYoga class is on on Sunday at 6.30pm in Finsbury park?
Sorry really late reply.
Classes are on till the 13th December 2015 there after 10th January 2016.
Jaqui, just wanted to make sure you saw that LA Fitness in Canary Wharf is being shut for 2 minths from 26th Sept to become ‘Pure Gym’
Please tell me you’ll still be teaching there afterwards!
To be honest I don’t really know.
I’ve never done Acroyoga before and I’m very interested in starting classes. Could you tell me if i need to book for your sunday class in Finsbury park? Is the class for advanced levels or can beginners take part?
Come on down its a drop in class. I am teaching till the 13th December 2015 and break for the seasonal holidays. Back on 10th January 2016.
I’m very interested in starting to practice acro-yoga. Is the timetable updated? I would like to take this class: Thursday in Islington Boat Centre at 18:00-20:00 and I would also need to know the fees.
Thanks in advance for your help,
I am sorry the classes have been stopped for the winter. We will recommence in the spring 2016. I do try and keep my site up to date with workshops that I also run.
Are you running any retreats/holidays overseas in 2016 please?
Nothing to say yet, am still working on it. Sorry,.. it will reveal itself soon.
Hello! Is it possible to do a trial class so I can see if this is a type of yoga I would enjoy, before signing up for the year?
Go to Yotopia on Wednesday evenings 7.30 – 8.45pm. These are drop in classes and they have offers to check out as many teachers as you like.
