AcroYoga Fun Day @ CamYoga

All day play day in Cambridge

When: 6th November 2011 10-5.30pm

Where: Cam Yoga Thomas House 14 George IV Street Cambridge CB2 1HH

Costs: £45 early bird bookings after the 23rd October 2011 £50.

Tap into your light hearted self and your inner potential to play. The day will be broken down with partner yoga and discovering the art of healing touch in the morning and the afternoon exploring the building block to your acrobatic potential. Don’t be put off by the word acrobatics be assured all skills and sequences are worked on progressively within the container of safety and joy. Come with an open mind and willingness to have fun!

There are two three-hour sessions, with a lunch break between.

Acro Fix in Brighton

Acro-mania in Brighton

When: 27th November 2011

Where: Brighton Natural Health Centre, 27 Regent Street Brighton BN1 1UL

Costs: £60 on the day £50 pre booking or £90 for couples.

Learn to flip, spin, drop back and float, all while suspended in the air with the support of a partner! Using time-tested acrobatic training techniques, students will learn how to combine basic flying positions with inversions to create dynamic flying flows. Teachers will demonstrate techniques for bases, flyers and spotters that will keep the flying safe and supported.

Come with a familiarity with handstands, and 6 months acroyoga or acrobatic experience.

Come with an open mind and willingness to play.  Sessions will run from 10-1pm and 2.30-5.30pm, making a lunch break of 1.5 hours.

Open to all levels. we will provide a safe environment to explore trust, connection and playfulness. We will combine elements from Yoga, Acrobatics, and Thai Massage and cover asana sequences, partner yoga, assisted inversions, basic partner acrobatics, therapeutic flying and Thai massage.  No partner needed.
