All Day Play Day

When: Sunday 11th March 2012 10-5.30pm

Costs: £40 early bird rate for booking made before 29/1/11 there after £50.

After the disappointing cancellation of our workshop in February (5/2/12) due to snow and poor travelling conditions we have set a new date to be big kids! The day by will by request revisit the basics covering partner yoga and therapeutics, as well as the principles in discovering strength, core and ones acrobatic bodies. Don’t be put off by the word acrobatics I can assure you all skills and sequences are carried out progressively within the container of safety and joy. Come with an open mind and prepared to play.
