Celebrate International Women’s Day with a yoga and AcroYoga practice that a focuses on the strengths of women. 

We will work progressively and with the support of your fellow sister you will achieve all manor of possibilities.

We will begin with an yoga asana warm up, get deep into the hips, delve into partner yoga, explore inversions and arm balances, play with acrobatic balances that focuses on your strengths and discover therapeutic flying.

A regular yoga practice is an advantage.
